  22. I got my upgrade kit yesterday, eagerly opened the packaging--and stopped dead 
  23. because they didn't send me a stupid little chip puller! I sent email to 
  24. support@usr.com, but I'd really rather not wait until _next_ Feb before they 
  25. send me a puller, so I it'll probably mean a trip to Radio Shack later 
  26. today...
